Whats included
Eric will be available on-call all weekend but to ensure everything is captured, 2 days of scheduled shoots will be offered per festival.
Shoots will be organized through a shot list that has been agreed upon by both parties
the shot lists will include moments that are unique and specific to the clients presence on-site.
Examples of these shot list specific moments are listed below:
Activation booth detail shots
Shots of Booth placement in the festival to help guide attendees into your activation
Signage
Contests
Festival in Action moments
Volunteer shots “in action” at the festival
Volunteer Group Shots
Attendee engagement with volunteers
Utilizing the festivals engagement areas (sculptures, murals, etc.) for Headcount related shots.
Artist Specific Moments
Artist Portraits
Along with the Agreed upon shot list material, Eric will also be available for Artist Portraits or Candids while on-site.
Portraits can also be scheduled prior to the festival
Live Music Photos
A Full Live music gallery will be available for use on Headcount websites and social media accounts with photo attribution (in caption) to Eric Tsurumoto
Requests for live concert coverage of specific artists is offered but not guaranteed.
Deliverables
On-site
Prior to the festival, a shared gallery link will be created
This gallery will be utilized for onsite content
To Maximize Content Reach you will be given the option to request photos for expedited use on socials and Headcount’s Websites
To the best of both parties abilities, these expedited photos will be planned and predetermined prior to arriving onsite.
Post Festival
A Gallery Link of Headcounts’ shot list materials will be sent by EOD Monday following the end of the festival
Full Live music gallery for use on Headcount’s websites and social media accounts with photo attribution (in caption) to Eric Tsurumoto
Portraits will be delivered by EOD Monday following the Festival.
File Size and Format
All Files will be delivered in Jpeg at 2180 ppx unless specified otherwise
